Depending on how many employees your organization has, it can take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes to complete the initial set-up. Our system was created so you add the strategy creators first, then their teams as you assign roles and responsibilities, instead of in one mass upload.
A really good strategic plan is going to take time to put together, especially if you have a lot of goals. We recommend going through the StrategyAssistant wizard once to get a sense of the questions it will ask. Think on those questions, then go back through StrategyAssistant a second time more thoroughly to refine your answers. Expect to spend about 30 min the first time through, then about an hour the second time through.
StrategyAssistant isn't a one and done program. As you complete the StrategyAssistant, your answers will be generated into a few different tracking mechanisms. Everytime you log-in to StrategyAssistant you can update your activities against your defined tactics and assignments to keep yourself aligned with your overall strategy. You will have access to reports that show progress towards your goals.
You can go back through the StrategyAssistant wizard as many times as you need to to get your strategic plan just right.
